For this month, we’d like to shine the spotlight on an underrated ingredient in cocktails — tropical flowers. Known as ‘gold flowers’ in both China and Japan, Chrysanthemums also grow in Europe, and their light and herbal taste soften the edges of the vodka, rounded up by lemon juice for a nice, refreshing drink.
- 30 ML Chrysanthemum infused vodka
- 20 ML Osmanthus juice
- 15 ML Lemon Juice
- Shaking and double strain
- Chrysanthemum flower
- Martini glass
